We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping Costs

• We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

• Any expedited shipping options, if available, will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Velgenora is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

International Shipping

At this time, Velgenora ships only within the United States.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item(s)

• Photos of the packaging

We will review your request and work to provide a suitable resolution.
